Why is my Xbox series X crashing and completely shutting down during games such as Chivalry...

I have spent over a year now dealing with this issue of my console shutting down mid game, and I have spoken with countless call center representatives from another country that has been very stressful because no one shares information and no one calls you back like they said they would and I have shared so much information that has been disregarded even though it was requested by the supervisors. I did not want to have to spend over $300 for an out of warranty repair, so I was told to go to Asurion where I dealt with them for over 3 months because of the stuff they tried to pull, all for nothing because they were unable to repair the console but were able to tell me that the console had an internal hard drive issue. I paid the money and the shipping to Microsoft because NO ONE ELSE COULD REPAIR THIS supposedly, and waited to get my console back and it does work somewhat better with some games like World War Z but it completely restarts the console during Chivalry 2 and Mount and Blade 2 Bannlerord. Now when I try to call to ask what was repaired on the console, I am told Microsoft isn't supposed to tell me that information, which is very frustrating to hear because I already know hat the issue is and I paid so much and I do not want to have to go through the process again and pay more for shipping and handling which a representative told me I would not have to pay.

I understand I may have to send my console back in, but I am seriously done and tired of dealing with this issue, and I have done so much to attempt to work with someone about this issue and I feel disregarded.
