Why is my xbox only showing a few friends?

I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your friends list.

If your profile still shows the real number of Xbox friends you have, then this is likely being caused by a sync issue between your console and the Xbox Network.

Would you mind giving this a try?

- Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds, until it shuts down.

- Unplug the power cord from your console for 30 seconds (If you have the original Xbox One, unplug the power supply from both the Xbox and the outlet).

- If possible, try restarting/unplugging your modem/router for a minute or two.

- Plug everything back together and turn your console on.

If that doesn't work, please answer the following questions:

- May I ask which Xbox model you have?

- With the exemption of your network's name, could you tell me what you see under Settings > General > Network Settings > Current Network Status?

- Are you experiencing issues with any other Xbox social feature?

- Besides what I mentioned above, have you tried anything else to troubleshoot this?

..my friend got on fine... Why is it only affecting a few people?

You're lucky you can get feed from two days ago. My profile is only showing feed from 28 days ago and and my friends activity is very limited with only a few friends showing up and is days old as well.

Just Checked no im not part of it, and it seems to be only a select few of my friends who show up as offline even well they are online, and a few others will show up as offline and not as "offline xmin agoe playing ect ect."

Oh OK but when I went to add someone is on my friends list that is showing on my friends list on the Xbox app and it said that the person I tryed to add is already on my friends list. So why didn't show on the friends on my xbox 360?
