Why is my Xbox one s showing this?

So I had woken up and decided to play on my Xbox, but when I turned it on, these three arrows were on the screen and the screen was glitching. But it was weird because I could still interact with the console itself (such as turning off the console with the controller). I don’t know if it’s a Xbox issue or my tv itself, just someone please help. I tried clearing the cache of the Xbox but it didn’t seem too work

It would be best if we have a picture but if it's not available for you, that's totally fine, you don't have to apologize. In order for us to test if it's an issue with the console or the TV, do you have a different TV where you can try to plug in the Xbox console to test?

This is a rare case which is why we need to check this further, Syper.

My xbox one s is doing the same thing. Shows green xbox title screen, then no dashboard; just a black screen. Was playing it roughly 7 hours ago... WHY

I've tried this but on the new Xbox one s the ready to install doesn't show any of my purchased downloaded games that are available on my old Xbox one s.

Recompile is only available for Xbox Series X|S and PC.

If you own an Xbox One, One S or Xbox One X then you won't be able to install it, hence why it doesn't show in your library. You'll need to request a refund.
