    HElloooo.. you can also try these steps, Delete and re-donwload your profile..

    I can't explained why, but based on my experience, it really helps.

    I don't think that's the problem. My region is correct and I've donwloaded in the xbox live gold last month. I can't download the xbox 360 game offered this month.

    unabale to fully download wwe 13 80% then it jumps to 100

    Something similar is happening to me and I'm willing to bet it's the region/location thing. However why is this an issue? Since when did games that are in the same region become locked out? WHY let it get to 80% download before stopping? If I move to the
    USA and take migrate my account over there.. I'm going to lose ALL my Donwloaded content? That is not acceptable... I could understand if I was moving to a different region like the UK or something... but from Canada to US? Why? It makes no sense. All games
    are available in both areas... why are we being locked out now just from Canada/US?
