If you’ve tried everything advised previously and the issue persists, then this would unfortunately indicate an internal hardware fault and the only option would be to purchase a new console. Perhaps upgrade to the Series X|S if possible.

The most recent system update may also be a contributing factor to this issue, but either way, you would still need to reach the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter screen (reset the console display settings) to try an offline update or factory reset - the last resort if all else fails.

Microsoft no longer officially repair or replace any Xbox One consoles. This service is only available for the Series X|S models, and the out-of-warranty costs can be expensive anyway:

If you decide to go to a third party repair store, be sure to go to a trusted reputable one with genuine Xbox components compatible for your country/region.

Do you have the address where in the UK I need to send it for repair. And do you know if I'm contacted before repair to let me know the cost

I have tried all of the above, none of which has solved the issue. In terms of the update, I'm going on the fact that my friend had the same issue the same day. He said he had had an update. So I assumed that was the same for me. Just lost for solutions as just want to get back online and game with my mates.
