Why is my Xbox live set to end two weeks early?

No Enforcement cases have been filed towards this account.. I haven't the slightest clue as to why my gold subscription would magically end 3 weeks early.

Ever get this sorted in the end? I bought my code two weeks ago getting the same message but a different one on 360. I spent 2 hours with support chat one time and then another 90 mins or so tried all sorts with them but no luck. Both times they ended up
saying its a widespread problem affecting many countries but after 2 weeks I say BS. My xbox live is going to run out soon...I bought my code 3 weeks early assuming it would work straight away but I wonder if it ever will.

I remember this torture last time round, why can't they announce its coming out two weeks early, this Friday!!

Hi there. If you are on a 2 Year Xbox LIVE Gold Contract, and it is before the end of the two years, you are effectively canceling the subscription and will be charged an Early Termination Fee (see

support.xbox.com/.../early-termination-fee) and any applicable taxes. At the end of your two-year agreement, your account will not be renewed automatically. Auto-renewal is not activated to renew your subscription when the contract ends. If you aren't on

My problem started about two weeks ago after a service outage with my ISP, which is why I assumed it was on their end. My parents have a different ISP and I have no problems with my LIVE connection at their house, using the exact same Xbox.

Either way, I just want the issue resolved.
