    Why is my xbox having a hard time running games all of a sudden


    I'm going to simply this since I've asked this 3 times and microsoft tells me "access denied"

    My xbox xs is 7 months old

    I've been playing graphic heavy games all this time such as cyberpunk and deep rock

    All that time my fan has never gotten loud nor my xbox warm

    Now starting last month when I look at certain things in game like bushes and light or anything of the sort my fan kicks up and my xbox gets warm, never had this problem on these games before so why now is it doing this?

    My xbox one isnt reading my external hard drive

    Mine does the exact same thing I'm not sure what to tell you on this. it is very frustrating to be playing a game and then all of a sudden the hard drive is gone and it doesn't recognize it being there. my Xbox also does this with my Bluetooth wireless headsets
    all of a sudden they aren't there either and this happens several times a week. I guess we just have to make the hard drive wear a mask for service.

    why? I've been using this for months and still have over 200gb of space left. why do I need an external hard disk now all of a sudden?
