Why is my xbox game pass ultimate on my xbox not working but it still active

I did that and it's still not working so I tried it again and now I can't sign into my account so I'm going to call Microsoft in the morning and see what the deal is cuz it's pissing me off

REMOVE ACCOUNT​​​

You indeed bought a year of Xbox Live Gold subscription, the reason why it was converted to Xbox game pass ultimate is because you have an active Xbox Game Pass Ultimate when you redeem the code.

Sorry but there is no annual Xbox game pass ultimate yet.

I bought the xbox game pass ultimate i checked my subscription and it still saying it is not active. I got the card from my local walmart
