Why is my Xbox display, small and blurry?

I used my xbox a couple night ago and was completely fine but today i signed into my xbox, my display is super blurry and not fitting the screen but when i change the setting it just gets more blurry

Could be the tv/monitor you use, or the fact that you have manually changed it. Sometimes automatic adjustments works best for scaling and detecting the best displays.

When you go to the output video option and change the resolution to 640 x480 the picture works but is very small and when the HDmi option is displayed, a blurry picture appears
