Why is my XBOX controller order always pending?

I ordered a controller May 6th for express shipping and it said i was supposed to get it today but my order is still pending and I don’t know why.

Also.doimg 20 of the same transactions woth the same retailer would trigger your card fraud protection so if you did do 1 dollar transactions you would need to.csll your card provider to clesr the lock before ms can proccess your order
