why is my xbox console suspended for no reason?

You will need to sign into the Xbox Enforcement site to view your suspensions and their reason for the suspension. I can see from your post that you have already done this. The category it reference may provide you with a little insight into what you may have done to break the Code of Conduct and receive the suspension.

It may also be worth looking at the community standards here: Xbox Community Standards | Xbox as this may help provide a little insight into why you have been suspended.

As you are unable to submit a case appeal, there is no other way to reach out to the Enforcement team for Xbox. I know this will be news you don't want to hear, but this is how the system is set up.

it got suspended days later after my console got banned. I wasnt given any reason why it was suspended. Is there any way to check to see if the account is fine and can be used on a new console?

I have several years with my own but I'm just going to play a year with the live and yesterday for no reason I was suspended, check my email and saw that it was suspended temporarily gives me reason why I temporarily suspended, and review and only I indicates
the date that I was suspended and the date on which it will restore me but gives me no reason why this suspension. I would like to know why and I did for that suspended me? and if I can remove the suspension at this time?
