    I have been trying for today to fix the issue where the volume of the xbox app is at one, i cant make it higher

    and therefore i couldnt hear my friends someone please helps

    Argh! The XB1 is so frustrating!

    smart glass can also control the tv volume as well, found the smart glass app for xbox one (there is an xbox one and an xbox 360 app...they are different) fixes a lot of my little hiccups with using my Xbox One.

    No, it can't. I was searching the forum to see if anyone knew when it would be added to the device list. It is not listed as a TV or an Audio receiver. Currently the Xbox tries to adjust the volume on my Epson projector, which is listed as the TV for power
    control, instead of adjusting the volume on the optical port where the Sonos is plugged in. There is also currently no Sonos app for the Xbox. So, I am stuck controlling just the sonos with my phone or a separate remote to control volume. It sure would be
    nice to get this added to the list to either be controllable with an IR extender or through the optical port.

    That's all set correctly. It's only the audio coming from the XBOX App that is very low. I can watch a video online, play music in Media player, and all PC system sounds are at normal easy to hear levels. Open the XBOX app and stream to my PC and its almost
    inaudible. On the TV connected to the XBOX its fine and easy to hear. If I turn the volume up on my PC load enough to hear it, everything else is blaringly load. Why is there no volume control in the XBOX APP itself?

    Tried it, got it. But still, why not allow you to toggle back and forth between apps and adjust volume? It cant be that hard to do, I think.
