Why is my ultimate game pass subscription disconnected.

I just paid my Xbox One ultimate pass on the 11th of October they just shut my ultimate pass off right now I can't even sign into my games it's only been a week can you please restore that for me I just paid it I just paid it

Its the same Account on my XBox and on here. The Subscription doesnt show up there too. Does my Subscription stop when i purchase xbox game pass ultimate? Maybe thats why its gone cause my XBox game pass ultimate just expired

Kindly confirm if you successfully purchased your Xbox Ultimate Game Pass in your Order History. If you have found the Ultimate Game Pass transaction under your Order history.

To check your Order History, log in to your Microsoft account by signing in at https://account.microsoft.com/ Select the 'Payment & billing' tab, then choose Order History.

Also, check your subscription history status on ">https://account.microsoft.com/> services and subscription.

In case you’re unable to find the subscription on your account, verify the order history of your family members or friends who might have used your Windows PC at home. It’s possible that the subscription was purchased there.

So that explains why the subscription ended early. When you subscribe to the Game Pass Ultimate with Live Gold active in your account your subscription is converted to Game Pass Ultimate and a conversion fee is applied.

We had an active Gold subscription and my son tried the Game pass for a month and then cancelled it but now we don't have anything and we are only 5 months into our year of Gold. Why do we not have anything now?

By activating the Game Pass Ultimate subscription (the trial version) it converts your Gold subscription to Game Pass Ultimate completely (replaces) so when you cancel the Game Pass Ultimate service renewal, you are canceling the service completely. This
is something that the service detects and advises when activating the Game Pass Ultimate subscription trial.

Gold is included in Game Pass Ultimate (that's why it is converted when you add it to Ultimate). So you already have access to Live with that subscription. To have only Gold and not Game Pass Ultimate, you would need to cancel your subscription or wait
until your current subscription ends and then add a regular Gold code.
