    Why is my Series S being slow, and why is the audio being choppy?


    Sometimes when I press the Xbox button on my controller, the dashboard thing sometimes has a big delay and sometimes it doesn't open at all and instead opens the the menu to turn off the console, Sometimes when I press leave party it takes like three seconds to actually leave the party, this also happens when sending messages and when post clip and other things like that. Also when I open games, it takes like 1.4. seconds ds to open the game, and sometimes when I'm, playing the audio gets a bit choppy and starts cutting out.

    Is there a way to fix this without resetting my Xbox, and without removing my profile?

    I would like you to go through the following steps to clear the Mac address and clear local saved games:

    Go to Settings > System > Storage > Clear local saved games.

    ​

    Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

    Also please check your connection speed as it might be the cause of the issue Troubleshoot your network connection speed | Xbox Support

    However, if the issue still persists you will need to perform a rest by keeping games and apps.

    I'm dissapointed too my game is all choppy and looks lagging when I move abit I hope there is some sort of update soon for my slow series s lol
