    Console turns on but when it gets passed the xbox loading screen, everything including apps & games are black & white

    Sorry about that. Let's try some steps to isolate the issue. Kindly turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds and then plug the console power cable back in. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on then check your games $ apps again.

    Black lines on new slim xbox 360.

    Oh and there are no black or white dots. Everything else is running fine, I can hear sound and see everything clearly. I just get these black lines in the background when the screen is blank/black.

    cant sign in just get white screen

    I have the same issue with my series x with a white screen at my account login. I've tried resetting my console (twice), but the issue remains. I will get logged in with the Xbox app for the initial login after resetting, but subsequent logins are back to a white screen. Is there any other way to fix this issue than a soft reset?
