Why is my reward vip level so low?

So I am wondering how do i get my level up? I am a level 2 and have been since I joined in 2012. SINCE October of last year I have bought around 30 games as well as all kinds of add ons for Gears and other games. I buy all of them digitally. on top of that
i made and purchased 3 design lab controller. So i want to know how am i a lvl 2 in the rewards program out of 5. If i don't meet the criteria then who does.

Vip Stufe reduced fro 4 to 3

It took a Long time but i reached VIP Level 4 and was not far from VIP Level 5 now after purchasing a few other products my VIP Level has been reduced to 3 again and once again i'm at 85% to Level 4. On top of that my rewards account is not being updated
anymore the last Change was on the 10 of October. Why is my Rewards account being reduced when i purchase products instead of gettin better? I find this completely unfair!

My Vip rewards level is stuck

Hello,

My vip rewards status is stuck on almost level 2.

Is there something wrong and how far am i from reaching level 2 VIP class.

Star levels are based on how much you spend each year on the marketplace, not your entire time on Live. So your current progress would only include purchases made from January 1, 2017 until now. To maintain or raise your level, you need to spend the same
amount or more each year. You can see how much you need to spend for each level at
http://rewards.xbox.com/terms-and-conditions

Subscriptions, in-game consumables, and preorders do not count towards VIP. Only digital content counts towards VIP, so controllers would not count either.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "HEY
YOU! We've got your answer here." (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/2f5ffacb-bf1e-4fca-8764-f57f69556e55), we no longer award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals
as of July 2014.

MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
2016. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

Additionally, hardware purchases like controllers are not eligible for MyVIP, and can only be Rewarded via specific offers.

I buy Games at the official Microsoft/Xbox Store, but i dont take Points at the Reward Programm.

Why not? Im on VIP-Level 1 and have Gold (2% Reward-Points)

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. Keep in
mind that subscriptions, in-game consumables, and preorders do not count towards VIP. VIP ranks also reset each year so that could also be why your star level is low (support will check on that).

Also, as of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

The Microsoft Rewards program only has 2 levels. They don't have VIP stars like the Xbox Rewards program had. On the rewards site if you press status it will show your level information and if you click on "See my level benefits" it will show you what's
available at each level.
