Why is my Redhead revolver 2 froze.?

It's stuck at the butcher at camp. The butcher moves some but you can't move or do anything. Only go back home or like choose another game to play. I reset the console and still right back to the butcher. I don't know what to do about this can someone please help me out.

What console do you have?
Is the game installed on a external hard drive?
And what did you tried so far to fix this
