    Why is my profile not working


    I am unable to change anything in my profile or view my achievements, also my profile picture does not show up on the app and all of my chats are not working I’ve tried restarting a complete shut down and all of the usual stuff I have it completely unplugged now it is an Xbox series s btw.

    I removed my avatar award from HDD :(

    It not works with my profile!

    I checked it on friend's profile with removing award file from HDD and then I could download it, BUT with my profile it don't work! I don't understand why?

    Please, reset your console.

    You can follow these steps:

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

    Select Reset and keep my games & apps.

    yeah I've tried that as well and no good... at least I have three other profiles that still work but wtf? why do those work and my main profile doesn't?

    Signing out every time I either leave or start to play an Xbox Live game.

    clearing cashe 3 times is a temporary sollution, worked for me yesterday, today i'm having the same problem. Why should i download my profile from live? I don't think there is another option here but why? I'm assuming these profiles are the same. What is
    different or what is the problem with my profile on my xbox?
