    Why is my profile card not appearing on the Xbox Profile page of xbox.com?


    When I try to look at my profile through Xbox.com and click on Xbox Profile, it doesn't appear in the profile section on the Xbox Social page. Only my Activity Feed and Achievements tabs appear. I have tried clicking my friends to see if they have the same issue and they do not. Their profile appears normally. Do I need to change a setting to make it appear? What needs to happen so it does appear on the Xbox Profile page?

    It's an issue due to having the Ambassador badge. If you turn it off on the Ambassador site, your profile will appear on the social page.

    there was an issue on the status page were there was some problems affecting the website about messages and friends list around like 6 or 7 and got fixed yesterday, quick question does this happen on another browser by chance? like Firefox or IE?

    Have you tried to clear your browser history or tried a different browser? this sometimes can resolve issue's like this.

    Paypal can be canceled under the paypal account page.

    Credit or Debit cards can be cancled under your xbox.com profile page, "Cancel Subscription"

    Sorry I didn't read that the problem was on Xbox 360. Sign in to Xbox.com with
    your Microsoft account.Select your gamertag in the top right corner.

    From the drop-down list that appears, select Profile.

    On your profile page, select My games.

    To see all the Xbox 360 content you own, select View All next to "Xbox 360". If your purchase appears in your Microsoft account but doesn't appear in "My Games" for your Xbox profile, contact Xbox Support.
