    I ordered a Xbox Series S 1TB on 25th January it was supposed to be here today, I went to track it a few days ago and it's saying cancelled? What's going on with my order?

    This forum only deals with the Xbox Live Rewards Program. If you ordered something through microsoftstore.com or elsewhere you will need to contact them.

    If your question is in regards to the program, you may want to elaborate on what your issue is.

    Why was my pre-order cancelled?

    Hi, AbyssKP. As Smwutches said, the first charge you received was just an authorization charge. This is made by most marketplaces only to check if your card have sufficient funds.

    The real charge, as the article I provided said, is applied 10 days before the game release. As Microsoft was not able to charge you, the pre-order was canceled.

    Furthermore, you may want to contact your bank and review if this first charge was finally reversed or not, because the authorization charge is always reversed after a few days.
