Why is my multiplayer connection so slow but whenever I run a test on it, it says it’s fine?

Interestingly, whenever I test the multiplayer connection is says it's fine.

So I haven't been able to play for a long time due to network, but my network is completely fine, I ran through every test, yet it says I'm connected, on the other hand I can't connect to multiplayer. I reset, signed in and out, I fully shut down, I even
checked if my xbox was up to date. Everything stays the same, When I run test multiplayer it says "can't finish multiplayer tests". it tells me to back up and and try the test again. But my network is fine, what else do I need to do to fix this?

There is no error message. I have auto sign in on for Xbox Live and whenever i turn my Xbox on it automatically has me disconnected from live so i click connect and it says cannot connect to Xbox live so i test the connection. When i test the connection
everything runs completely fine and there is no problems, but i have to do this every time i sign in.
