Why is my Minecraft account not working?

I am trying to play Minecraft through my Microsoft account and it is telling me that i don't own the game when i have had it and played it for a few years already. I have tried signing in and signing out but it keeps having the same problems. i tried to also contact the support team and i add all my information and details for it to send me a confirmation email that my information was not sufficient. I am very annoyed that i cant play my game.

Here is my received email from Microsoft:
