Please correct me if I'm wrong, what you want to do is to redeem Robux again from Microsoft Rewards but it is not showing up as an option right now?

I have checked on my Rewards and Robux is not on the redeem list, it could be a stock issue so that's why it's not showing up. Try to check back from time to time on Rewards page so that when Robux is available again, you can redeem.

I can't do a refund since I ran out of them due to the yearly refund thing.

I contacted Roblox but they said it's an Xbox related issues. Let me quote the email "Microsoft experienced an outage that affected Roblox purchases made through Windows and Xbox. If you have not receive your Roblox purchase that was made, please contact Microsoft Support with a refund request" which I can't do. I'm in a tough spot, and since I'm a minor who does chores for money. 50$ is a lot of money to be wasted on that.
