Why is my microsoft/minecraft account signed out and it doesn't accept the correct password

Please try these steps.

First, make sure you're using the correct Microsoft account to sign in to Minecraft. If you have multiple Microsoft accounts, you may be using the wrong one.

If you're sure you're using the correct account, try resetting your password. Sometimes, resetting your password can help resolve issues with account connections.

If resetting your password doesn't work, you can try unlinking your Microsoft account from your PlayStation account and then relinking it. To do this, go to the Microsoft account website and sign in. Then, go to the "Security" section and click "More security options." Under "App passwords," click "Delete" next to the Minecraft app password. This will unlink your Microsoft account from Minecraft. Then, try relinking your Microsoft account to Minecraft.

If none of these steps work, I recommend contacting Minecraft support directly.

Yes I did all those before posting my initial question. My password is not accepted on the xbox but it is when

I sign into my account on any other device so I know the password is correct.

i have the same problem, i just made a new account to get on here and find a solution, i haven't contacted customer service but i just want this straightened out, my parents password is correct but it says its wrong, i don't see why i need a parent account
to accept seeing as i have an adult account to begin with, can Microsoft just lift the parent acceptance thing?

Step 1 ) Sign in to xbox.com by using your Microsoft account information. You'll be prompted to accept the Terms of Use.

Step 2 ) Click I Accept. You'll then be redirected to a Microsoft
account sign-in page.

At the Microsoft account sign-in page, enter the parent Microsoft account email address and password and click Sign in.

After you've accessed the parent account, you'll be redirected to the Terms of Use page and asked again to accept the Terms of Use.
