Why is my Microsoft account not working for Forza on my play station 5

I downloaded the Forza 5 for the first time via Microsoft Store, i played and i deleted the game. (I played with gamepass)

I bought Forza 5 from Steam and i linked my xbox account with steam, but when i start the game and logged in with my xbox account, my all progress is gone.

i dont play others game

i think this because i played forza horizon 5 with my friend microsoft account(xbox app is my account) before i buy it on steam. And now maybe the xbox think im own forza in microsoft store,

so every time i want join friend ini xbox, it bring me to forza page at microsoft store

Wish I had a choice. It simply won't work. I can't even sign into these forums with my old tag. It's frustrating. Especially when I've pre ordered the xbox one and forza 5 which I know gives you bonusus for having played the previous games which is why forza
4 is the only game on this account.

My xbox 360 stopped working after just a little over a couple years. Tried to fix heat sink ...didn't work. Why would I give any more money to a company that sells crap. My original play station still works...it's over 10 years old ! I cancelled auto renewal
on xbox live and purchased play station 4 and it's wonderful !
