    why is my Microsoft store not working on my pc.

    Keeps coming up with sorry try again

    Also my Xbox app is on working however when looking it up on google and logging in it works?

    If your subscription is current, try quitting and relaunching the game

    I have connected to microsoft, uninstalled the Xbox app, reinstalled the Xbox app, and signed in with my microsoft account. It is still not working.

    I checked, the xbox, Microsoft store and Xbox app are all signed in with the same account.

    As for the purchase history, it's not listed there (only my xbox live subscriptions are visible).

    I really don't understand why it's not listing FH4... This worked last year when I downloaded it on my laptop.

    Netflix app not working

    They told me that this is an issue with xbox live worldwide effecting the app.

    They had me uninstall their app, reload it. Reset xbox one, reset router.

    My Netflix app only doesn't work on the xbox one, works on laptop fine. This is why they said know Microsoft issue with xbox

    I'm sorry to hear you're going through this issue. May I know if you can log in to your account without issues at account.microsoft.com and xbox.com?

    Have you also tested if you encounter the same issue when you use a different device?

    I suggest you check your device for pending updates and see if that helps. You might want to exit the game properly and reopen it again.

    Well, I don't have issues logging in at all. I have tried closing out the game and reopening it, but I get the same results. I don't have a different device to try it on, but thank you for the suggestion and your feedback.
