Why is my left analog stick getting Stuck

It doesn’t do it everytime but occasionally when I try to move the stick full circle or even sometimes if I try to change direction quick in a game (moving the stick from one side to the other really quick) my analog stick will feel like something is in the way making it harder or even unable to move without me like having to move it in another direction to get it to move smoothly again

I understand you need help on your controller problem.

If I may ask, what type of controller do you have? And has this been like this for a long time? This is usually a hardware issue with the controller and might lead to a repair.

Got it. If that is the case, try checking if the controller needs and update by going to your settings. And if it is already updated and the issue is the same, check for the controller warranty by registering it here: https://account.microsoft.com/devices and you can process an order there as well for replacement or repair.

Have you tried using a different controller it sounds like your controllers left analog stick may be stuck going to the right.

My left analog stick is looser than the right stick. I noticed that a couple of days ago. Figured it was because of COD. On my PS3 I went through 3 controllers with the left analog stick having issues. I had an issue with the controller on my 360 as well;
left analog stick. So it might be an issue not sure. I'll probably just buy another controller when they come out in different colors and go from there with it unless it gets worse.
