Why is my latency and packet loss showing this

    Why is my latency and packet loss showing this


    My xbox is showing network issue but when I do a standard test it appears no issue but when i load up games im met with the ‘continue offline’ message.

    Then in detailed network statistics this shows up, latency going through issues claiming ‘not available’ and then my packet loss sits at 100% any help?

    100% packet loss

    Mobile hotspot showing the same issue with 100% packet loss

    speeds of

    65 up

    10 down

    around 80 latency

    I have completly unplugged the pc to see if thats the issue and still shows 100% packet loss

    I get high packet loss at home my stats are dis 35.84 maps ups 1.87 maps packet loss 100% my 1452 latency nothing shows and 100% wireless strength I have try to reset modem and didn't work any thing else I could try
