Why is my internet so slow on my new Xbox x whenever my brothers pc is plugged in

I understand you need help with your network problem.

This might be an issue with the router or the internet connection that you have because it only happens when 2 devices are connected. You might want to check with your internet provider to increase the bandwidth or check with them some options to change your router settings so you can connect 2 devices without issues at a time.

This has nothing to do with any of your devices but this is definitely a problem with the network.

Sorry you’ve been having repeated issues, are there a lot of people connected to your Wi-Fi? I think there’s something else going on, but if there’s competition for the bandwidth on the network it would make your connection issues worse. If you’ve tried everything already, I would definitely consider getting an Ethernet cord like L4c3rd4 suggested so you can hardwire your Xbox to the internet (if possible). This will give the Xbox priority on your network.

Hello, I have done most of what you have just said in the past and after I did the reset of the console it had the internet problem.

How odd. Never seen this happens. Have you tried all the procedures I sent you already?
