Why is my internet and controller disconnecting at the same time?

And why would this cause my controller to disconnect at the same time, every time?

When you connect your controller it disconnect you from the internet?

I tried 2 controllers. Both are disconnecting. And when they're both connected, I can see that they disconnect at the same time.

Well, when I don't have any controller connected the Internet is disconnected too. When I stay on the Wi-Fi / Internet page, it says "No connection" with or without a controller connected. The controller is disconnected with the Internet, even when I don't
have a Internet connection set up.

It sounds like you've done quite a bit of troubleshooting already at this point. Initially I was thinking that maybe there is an issue with too much Wireless Interference in the room, then you mentioned you've tried this at a friends house and with their
router.

Quick question though. Is this only happening when the console is connected to the internet over Wi-Fi? Have you been able to try it with a wired connection to see if the same thing happens? If it's happening over a wired connection, the next thing you'd
want to try and do is a
factory reset on the console and see if that helps

I know why my internet keeps disconnecting. What im saying is my controller disconnects when i lose connection. It will reconnect but on rare occasions it will not turn back on. Dont worry about the wifi part. All I need to know is if the controllers are
supposed to drop conneection and then reconnect when the xbox all of a sudden loses internet connection. I dont lose control of the wifi.

I have same problem my old xbox one my self sometime its disconnect me by itself some times its not your internet just your xbox problem reason why not playing xbox no more i playing Nintendo Switch.
