    why is my hyperx cloud stinger wireless headset not working


    I have a hyperx cloud stinger wireless headset, it’s not a usb one but for some reason the audio will go out for a few seconds and reconnect. it’s fully charged and it keeps doing it.

    I use HyperX headsets as well. I have a Cloud X and a Stinger.

    No audio

    Try using a general xbox headset. A good one at low cost is called the HyperX Cloud Stinger. If you do or did purchase a new headset already, I would recommend getting a new controller.
