Why is my game crashing me to the Xbox dashboard every time I switch to 60 fps or...

I can play a game, but it crashes me to the dashboard every time I go on advance.

Mine crashes back to the Xbox dashboard...

It did it a few times when the game was brand new, but then I was playing for weeks with no issues. Then after the most recent big update for season 1 my game crashes every time, either in the menus or once I start a game (which causes me to lose my gear in zombies...)

My game let's me play anywhere between 5-60 minutes before it crashes my Xbox one but no other game does that, how do I find out why it's crashing?

Sorry what i mean by that like in the middle of the game while playing my operator (the character) will just move by itself looking up and down o just move forward by itself and i cant control it its like crashing all of a sudden then i have to take out my controller batteries and putt it back in and then it will be ok and then just after few minutes it does the same again.. but when i switch the fps mode back to 60 fps it doesn't do that but i don't want to play on 60 fps im used to 120fps its a huge downgrade going from 120 to 60 fps. Its suppose to work on 120fps.. im able to play on all my other games with that high framerate...

why are some ps4 games running at 30fps like killzone shadowfall? You can go to the killzone forums and look at the outrage. Every time I hear about a xbox one game they say it will run at 60 fps. Just asking because I find it surprising.
