Why is my Destiny2 Lightfall not showing in game.

We bought Lightfall for our Destiny2 game, it is showing in the Xbox game purchases but not within the game.

When we first bought it the expansion was playable but when we put the game on the following day it was gone and asked us to buy it again.

Thank you. Please try highlighting the game on your dashboard and press the Start button and choose Manage. From here click on the picture then Select All and Save. This should install any missing content that belongs to you.

Where did you get the redeem code for the game please?

I redeemed code on the store - Redeem button.

I followed your instructions, Lightfall is showing on list of owed things and subsequently not installed
