    My call of duty Cold War game is telling me in the Microsoft store that I own the game but when I try to play it it tries to get to repurchase the game I’ve owned this game call of duty Cold War for a long time [mod removed]

    I preordered call of duty Cold War and it was working fine until last night and now when I try to open it it says “to play this, you’ll need to buy it” and in my full library it doesn’t show up but in the store it says I own it

    Preloaded Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War

    Press your Xbox home button and scroll to Microsoft Store. From there search for Call of Duty Cold War and you should see the version you own. From that page you should be able to pre-download. If it says "Launch game" then click that and it will briefly
    open before closing and forcing the 76gb download.
