I'm having the same issue on my Xbox one X, it started with Warzone crashing due to corrupt files. Then my other games started crashing

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

We may just need to perform troubleshooting steps, Spike.

I have here steps that we can try, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

"1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​"

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

"Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps."

If the same issue occur, we may need to uninstall and reinstall the game, sadly.

Hey, thank you for this i am on a xbox series x and I can't launch it directly because every time I try to install the real thing it takes me to BO6

And if the sort factory reset doesn't make the error stop long term? I'd really rather not have to deal with sending my Xbox One to Microsoft's repair center, that's why I inquired about the One X and would like to know if the One X is less prone to crashing
and errors than the One S is? Furthermore I've got an in store warranty on my One S through Gamestop, but the store manager is willing to work out a special deal for me if i tell him that I want to upgrade to the One X
