Why is my black ops 2 in spanish?

Hey Richie,

My xbox language is set to english and language region is in english. My location is in Colombia (spanish speaking country). But the game is still in spanish. Do I need to change the location aswell?

One problem.richie it's a xbox 360 game not.a xbox one game

And blackops 2 is region and language locked

Downloading a different language will incur the language .lock if.he tries.and get the.dlc

Black ops 1-2 has a language lock if they use the wrong language disk or game.and download the region locked dlc the dlc is.locked with language of.the region downloading.a different region dlc will cause the language mismatch error (frpm.the 360 days )

It's.the only language locked game

Xbox games weren't language independent till xbox one games but.doesn't apply retroactively

And most bc titles are region locked most.famously cod games

@op you can't change it.unless you are in a region that supports the language.you are requesting like us English you must.be in the us

And you would.have to. make .the.correct purchase

No it won't work

It's not an xbox one game

It does NOT depend on your console setting or language setting

It is dependent on your physical region and what's available in your 360 region

Changing or purchasing from another region will incur the region error

Using the en disk will work however the dlc is regiojnlocked so if you want to play zombies it's a no no you would havw to download the Colombian version and matching language since English isnt supported in Colombia xbox 360 regions

You can do.it.for.XBOX.ONe games or.higher but not bc titles

You will incur a region lock error or worse endless corrupt download resulting in a bad purchase if you try to change to English region and try and download a game not available in your region like us blackops

Xbox 360 games rely on your PHYSICAL region not your account region

It's.not likely.ms.will.lift.the region locks.before.next year's shutdown of.the 360 servers

Since you have a series s why not get the next gen or xbox one titles which arent region restricted nor do they have a limited time
