Why is my ban that the support team said I have not in my enforcement history

I have talked to the people at Xbox support about how I have a communication ban that was supposed to end yesterday but they told me it ends January18 2018 but the problem is that it does not show on my enforcement history

Dear Microsoft Enforcement Team,

So I have an active ban on my account, and I do know why. I found out that it is forever stuck in my "Enforcement History", and I was wondering if there is any way for you to remove the ban from the history. I realize that you do not tolerate any offensive
or inappropriate use on Xbox Live and will not lift the ban, but is there any way to remove it from the history so it's as if iv'e never been banned? Thank you for your time, and consideration. Have a great day!

 

I need help it said my console was banned(PLEASE READ)

The XBL enforcement team probably won't read this - you should contact XBL support. The person who signed into your account probably did something very bad to get your account Console Banned - the only other possibility is that you were Console Banned to keep your details secure and that you should contact Microsoft.

 

It sounds like your ban may have been extended. The enforcement team does not use the forums. The only thing you can do is wait for the new action to be added to enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review if eligible.
