Why is my Ambassador status not resolved

Hey Legends,

After a recent incident and consequential unbanning I am still unable to access the Ambassador section of Xbox Online,

Ive been trying to sort this out for 2 months now all I need to know is how to get this fixed please

I got the same problem, just as I signed up for Enforce United beta. Cat access my Ambassador screen, it tells me to Apply, cant access any prizes, grr.

Like the last user who answered my questions its not just you it's a lot of people apparently. That makes sense when you realize it's a beta and like any beta, there are bound to be glitches, problems or etc. All we can do is patiently wait for a fix unfourtnately.

The same issue has been happening to me as well as 403 errors and such. Like stated before this is a beta and a very early one at that. But Microsoft usually has these fixed in a short period of time so until then all I can say is continue to help the community
as best as possible.
