Why is my account wrongfully banned

My account was hacked. Then someone spent 500$ on said account with saved cards and payment methods. Now it’s saying my account is banned indefinitely. This is really making me angry I need my account back. I never did anything wrong to get banned

This is a different account? My OTHER one was banned are you seriously that dumb you can't read? No one knows why they are banned, there has been cases of 1000's of people who have been banned and they were playing GTA as their last game, someone has ***
up somewhere, and I have been banned wrongfully! and the achievements have been like this for sooo long, I dont care about this account its my other one which has been banned wrongfully.

i was wrongfully banned the with a communications suspension but when i looked at why i was banned it was cause of my gamer pic now why was i given a communications suspension i was wrongfully banned in the first place the picture wasnt breaking guide lines i dont see how this photo break guidlines
