Why is my account suspended for my gamer tag when it’s just a picture of my cat?

I’m sure that I didn’t violate any rules, so I just don’t understand why my account is suspended and I’m thinking maybe someone false reported me because they’re holding a grudge. I would hope that Xbox enforcement would look into it before just suspending my acount.

I have and it said I was suspended for my gamer pic and they said it’s because I violated community standards but I don’t know how I did when it’s just a picture of my cat.

Exactly and it’s messed up because people are getting falsely reported because someone wants to hold a grudge or something against you. Then peoples accounts get suspended for nothing because Xbox enforcements isn’t actually looking into it like they say they are. What’s more annoying is they don’t even allow you to do anything you basically just have to sit there until the suspension or whatever is up.

like i say before my relevant and true post was deleted, it is all automated and one report is all it takes for an auto ban, any bans under 3 days you cannot submit a review.

You would have to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information about the suspension. The enforcement team do not use the forums.
