Why is my account permanently suspended if I never violated anything never given a strike...

I’ve looked here and there’s no information about why i was banned it said i have never had a strike against my xbox account and no reports and under that it says permanent ban and by it no further details regarding the ban.

As for 3 strikes and you're out the code of conduct states.

"Repeated violations of the Code of Conduct can result in a permanent suspension of your account, or a permanent suspension of any device you are using to connect to the service."

The easiest thing to do is not to do anything to get yourself suspended again.

No one here can help you with this issue. Just stop getting violations, or you end up with a suspended account.

Stop getting violations? I haven't got a violation... I got denied from the ambassador program for having a violation and general inactivity even though I'm on this account every single day.
