    Why is my Account perm banned and if so how can I get it appealed?


    I just got permanently banned on my account that I had for 4 years and I wanna know why and I have been playing nothing but Borderlands 3 for awhile now and halo infinite and fornite keeping to my self I have not received a new coms banned in almost a year and my reputation is on "GOOD PLAYER" I was playing Destiny 2 when a random person was Harassing me and I sent a message with no vulgar language and couple minutes later I get Permanently banned I have put a couple $1000's into your game store and including fornite and putting almost 159 hours into Destiny and i recently just bought a DLC for Borderlands from your Xbox store TODAY. I cant even sing in to see why I was banned permanently for inappropriate conduct or content when I don't even make content for anything I been keeping to my self and not bothering people. This is the only thing I have you guys already banned my Old account 5 years ago when i put almost 8 to 9 years into that account i know for a fact I did nothing wrong this time cause i checked on my reputation when i was able to I have everything 0 in every category besides cheating was 9 and unsporting was 44 even though my messages and voice are at ZERO, so it makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. I love Xbox i been a loyal customer for years and even after i got my old account banned for accused cheating, I made a NEW account with you guys and kept on playing till this day so I don't know what's going on or whatever by I know for a fact I was banned wrongly. So please I need help I do not want to lose everything again after working hard for everything again after I lost everything before, and the gamer tag is ""

    ok well due to the situation with my current account I am unable to even switch my accounts threw Epic games cause of this the account that was suspended without a reason I am not even able to switch the account on my fornite to a new email cause every time I try sign in with the email and password for "" it says its invalid and the credentials don't exist.

    The enforcement team are the only ones who handle bans and they do not use the forums. You would have to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information about the ban and to see about submitting a case review, however, he site is having issues and is not showing that as available at the moment so all you can do is wait for that to show up. It is also possible your suspension is not actually permanent, but just a smaller suspension. That's also an issue that has been affecting a lot of people.

    yea but the thing is I cant even sign in to anything not even on epic games to recover my fornite account which I spent so much money and even destiny 2 buying every DLC just to get it taken away. I know I didn't do anything but last time I tried to get my Old account appeal they didn't care and I lost my account,

    When I try to look into it on the enforcement page nothing is popping up that's new and when I try to sign in its says and I quote "PERMANENTLY SUSPENDED from Xbox network due to inappropriate conduct or content" I cant even submit a case review cause nothing is popping up.
