I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues.

Even though the indication is to play for 15 minutes, in my experience I have seen that sometimes the game counter increases after +30 minutes of play. If you have played for more than that amount and it is still not reflected, I recommend reporting it directly to Rewards support here

I’ve tried and I’ve tried and it’s not working I’ve just put a voucher on my sons account and he’s bout the console pass instead of the Xbox live monthly pass so he can’t get online

Yes I am but I’m not sure what it’s got to do with my achievements as I have game pass ultimate and have plenty of games I’ve played off there and earned achievements for.

I can’t see any games or any achievements when I go to view them, normally on my console I go to view all my achievements on the game activity page and it shows me the hundreds of games I’ve played over the years with all my achievements but I cant do that right now it’s showing nothing and tells me to play games to earn achievements.

The game pass challenges, can be found by going to the Microsoft rewards app underneath my games and apps tab on your Xbox 1.

There you will find challenges to different game pass games that are updated monthly. I've been doing this for about 8 months now and it is a great way to earn Microsoft points and experience new games. I hope this helps!

The solution is most likely just time. The system needs to update and reflect what the account actually shows. In the case of the Game Pass Ultimate conversion process, it will indeed show that your subscriptions to Gold and/or Game Pass will be canceled,
with the Game Pass Ultimate subscription replacing it.
