    Hi, so I attempted to play Minecraft recently as I have not played within at least a year, and as I have tried to sign in via the remote connect, it is telling me that my account is linked elsewhere, I only play this game on my PlayStation 4, I don’t share my account to anyone nor any private details to access my account, and it is unacceptable, I have tried numerous methods to resolve this, none working, please can someone look into this and fix it for me please,

    If your profile was signed in somewhere else and you are not the one who did it I would suggest contacting Xbox Support by phone and they will setup an unauthorized access investigation for you and figure out what's going on with the account.

    It's possible that your account has been breached, I recommend changing any passwords and security info on the account, in the email it should have stated why there was a suspension, if you want further info on that I recommend posting the question in the

    My account got signed in somewhere else and im banned from xbox live...

    If you are online when a suspension/ban is issued it will sometimes sign you out & sign you in elsewhere.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums.An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why you were suspended or you can check on the enforcement site
