    Why is my account banned?


    why do I have ban? I Dont one what I could have done to get this, I was playing with my friends and then all the sudden I can't talk, message anyone. I can't even play online. What going on XBOX? I have so much money my xbox spent and on my xbox and it's
    all gone down the drain

    Why is my account is my account suspended

    You may need to check your email attached to your GT. You should have something from the enforcement team in your inbox describing why your account has been suspended. But if it said your account was suspended for for modding or cheating then idk. The enforcement
    page says that they investigate all matters of modding.

    1) The Xbox Enforcement Team does not use these forums. For information about your account suspensions or bans sign in at this site with your account at
    https://enforcement.xbox.com

    2) No one here on the Xbox Forums or at Xbox Support can provide the reason or proof why you were banned or change the state of ANY suspension or ban.

    3) Only an actual person from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team can impose or remove a suspension or ban on the account.

    - "Despite what some may claim, Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team will never ever ban anyone “for no reason”. Suspensions always occur as a result of a specific Code of Conduct violation."

    No my account was hacked and it was registered to my console and when my account was stolen my console was registered to that account and that why i was banned and my console was only temp banned

    Yes, my other account was banned. But the problem is that after I got banned, I was still able to use the things that I had purchased on my banned account. So why not on this new console?

    My account that was banned, was new, I dont understand why it was banned, this is ridiculous, support team said no un-authorization was made to the account, if that's the case, then why was it banned, I didn't do anything but play games....and I was literitly
    signed off my console from another console the day it was banned...

    If nothing can be done, and I cannot get my account back, I guess I have to watch out for my other new account to be banned too since I didn't do anything.. right ?
