    I really need to know what’s going on, my friends list is gone and it says online status unknown my account is basically soft locked.

    Multiple people are reporting the same issue, so it seems to be an Xbox server issue. You can report the issue at http://xbox.com/status

    No, at the end of the day they refused to provide me with why the console was banned, also why would I keep a console that no longer has live services. In the act of falsely banning my console they forced me to sell the unit as a ban console is effectively
    damaged.
