Why is my account access still restricted

I spoke with xbox support yesterday regarding suspicious activity on my account and found out a charge made by someone else was made on my account. How or why it was hacked, I don't know, but I do know that the issue was resolved and my account is secure again. Xbox support told me that my account would be locked in a sense for the next for what I'm guessing was to monitor the account for any other suspicious activity. It's been a couple hours since the 24 hours should have been up and I just want to know if there's a way to see how much longer this restriction will last. I can't play any online games or use any type of online services. Offline services work just fine and I can log into my account but I was told that only the enforcement team would be able to help my with this issue. I also haven't been able to find a way to contact the enforcement department so if someone could help me with that, please do so. I'm not dying to get into my account, I just want to know how long this restriction will last and if there's any way to see that. Thanks

I am sorry to hear about what happened. This is clearly not the situation I want you to be in. I know how frustrating that must be and I would feel the same way if I were on your situation. Please be advised that Xbox Enforcement actions or suspensions are being handled only by the Xbox Enforcement Team who work offline. Here in community and even Microsoft Support won't be able to assist us regarding Xbox suspensions. As much as we would love to help, we can only do so much about it.

I am glad that your account is now up and running. For future reference, please check your options through https://enforcement.xbox.com/ if you could apply for a case review for any enforcement actions you received on your account.

Never mind, the account was unlocked. I do hope though that someone from the xbox team sees this and understands me when I ask that there be a way developed to talk to the enforcement team directly whether it be by email or online chat. There are too many instances where people are left helpless and unattended for the silly reason that xbox support cannot contact their own enforcement department.

But he has the exact same permissions / restrictions / game raiting access / etc as my account. Why can I make the "purchase" and he can't?

The message is.

Yes, still saved on my dad's phone. And I can access the account, the password and anything, but the main error is why is there a restriction. I asked my dad, and he said that he didn't set anything In restrictions, and why he would do that, we are using the same account(there are no family app thing). And I can change my password.

I would check to be sure your subscription to Xbox Live is still active and hasn't expired. Just out of curiosity are you in a family account that may have some restrictions on it? That could also be the reason why you can't access online multiplayer.
