    Why is Minecraft marketplace “having some issues” on PS4?


    I’ve been experiencing difficulty using the Minecraft marketplace on PS4 and any skins provided. I haven’t tried worlds, but I can view skin packs on the marketplace, but when I scroll down to view them, they take a while to load. After the loading it just appears with “Hmm, Marketplace is having some issues. Please try connecting later.” I am also unable to load and use any skins from the marketplace, it just equips a default Minecraft skin, and as a result, I’m afraid to purchase any new packs out of the fear that they likely won’t work.

    I’m having no trouble with my internet, and this has been happening for as long as I can remember. Does anyone know why this is?

    There seems to be some issues after the latest update with regards to the skins that gamers have purchased in the Minecraft marketplace.

    You would need to contact Mojang support as the issue is in game.

    Ps4 received the Bedrock version of Minecraft, meaning it is crossplay enabled now. However you need to have a Microsoft account to be able to play with your friends on other platforms.

    There is some issues with the linking/signing in of accounts on PS4.
