Why is Minecraft asking me to buy a pass or membership for $15 a month to play a game I...

I have both. I’ve been playing online in other games and I’m assuming the normal 15$ a month game pass is the ultimate or whatever. I’ve been having it and haven’t changed my membership in years.

I havent gotten the game pass but when I try to buy it it shows me a order summary of what I'm getting its showing me ill get a 1 month game pass and it'll cost 15 dollars plus it tells me that I'm agreeing to paying every month starting today when I buy game pass or is it something there telling me for the next charge of the date I mentioned "12/9/2022"

If you have never had game pass before, and currently have 12 months gold membership, if you buy 1 month of game pass ultimate you will actually end up with 13 months of game pass ultimate membership.

This only works once and can work for a total of 36 months so it might be worth your money to buy another year or two of gold before you upgrade

Perhaps your costs are overexaggerated? Not sure why you are paying $20 a month. Gold memberships don't cost that much, neither does the Game Pass unless you pay for them individually. If you plan on keeping a Gold membership going, then you should just
get an annual subscription. It is only $60 for 12 months. It would only be $15 a month for Game Pass Ultimate and that would get you Gold and Game pass together. Sorry that you have felt this way about the service, but I personally have felt that it has
been a great service. I wouldn't have been doing it for as long as I have if I wasn't loving it.
