Why is Microsoft/Xbox reducing monthly reward points for completing tasks?

no there really isnt a way to make enough points needed to get the gift cards we poorer gamers actually depend on.

Beyond not to my liking as I live on a fixed income and as a gamer i depend on the rewards pounts so i can actually buy games and stuff all your doing is losing any business from me cause I can not afford the full costs of any the games etc. and losing my game pass subscription cause I dam fixed income which means no credit or debit cards i use my microsoft account only and depnend on these points to xbox gift cards to even pay my bill to you all you are screwing customers who depend on this to pay u

Yes, and not only that, I turned off auto-redeem after making a purchase on 7/30/2023 but I'm still being auto-redeemed. So now instead of having $6.27 in credits that won't expire along with 23,000 points, I'm down to 5500 points and $26.27 in credits, with $10 expiring 10/30 and another $10 expiring 12/1.

And yes, it's turned off...if I click through on the dashboard, I've got a button to "Sign up." So someone screwed up with the new dashboard or something.
